Order details: name, phone, email, delivery address, unit, postal code, delivery notes, order contents, fees, payment method.
Payment: for card orders, payment is processed by Square. We store payment status and references, not your full card number.
Delivery proof: optional drop-off photos linked to your order for status and dispute resolution.
Contact form: name, phone, email, and message if you contact us.
Technical: basic server logs (e.g. IP, timestamps) for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

Fulfill and deliver orders; send transactional emails (confirmation, shopping complete, on the way, delivered).
Process payments and prevent fraud.
Customer support when you reply to email or use Contact Us.
Improve operations (e.g. routing, service area planning) in aggregate where possible.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

Service providers: Square (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting). They process data under their terms to provide those services.
Drivers / staff: name, address, phone, and order contents as needed to shop and deliver.
Legal: if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize when no longer required.

5. Security

We use industry-standard hosting and payment providers. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please use strong unique passwords if account features are added later.

6. Your choices

Reply to an order email or use Contact Us to correct address or contact details before delivery.
Request access or correction of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal limits.
Transactional emails are necessary to fulfill orders; marketing (if any) will be opt-in where required.

7. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
